How many people can the villa accommodate?
The villa can sleep, 8 in 4 bedrooms comfortably.

Are there any medical centers nearby?
Hopefully you will not need this, there are various medical centers along the 27 and the 192 with a hospital near Walmart. There is a pharmacist at the entrance of Glenbrook.

How far away are the main Theme parks?
The villa is only 8 miles (15 minutes) from Walt Disney World, Sea World is 15 miles away and Universal is 25 minutes away.

Is smoking allowed?
For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the villa, smoke detectors have been fitted.

Is the pool area overlooked by other properties?
No, there is an open aspect.

Is the pool heated?
Yes, The pool can be heated (by prior arrangement) for additional cost as indicated on this web site. We would recommend pool heat from October through to April. The pool is heated to the maximum temperature allowed under Florida law (85).

Door codes and Directions?
Directions and codes will be sent to you a week before arrival.

Will we have to bring bedding/towels etc?
No, The villa is fully equipped for all your likely holiday requirements. Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided and even hairdryer.

Is there any extra cost for any of the equipment in the villa?
Of course not! We offer a range of additional equipment such as sun lounges, Video & films. Games room complete with 8 ft billiards table, Foosball, dart board.

Are there shops near by?
Indeed, There is a Walgreen's (chemist and general store) at the entrance to the Glenbrook, Walmart a couple of miles down the Road away Publix just around the corner. The 192 (5 minutes drive) has many stores from designer shopping to Disney souvenirs.

What are the facilities on Glenbrook resort?
Glenbrook has a community Clubhouse to use free of charge, there is tennis, volleyball, gym, full size pool table, large TV/cinema room, wireless internet with free use of computer.There is a large free form pool and sun deck complete with sun lounges and umbrellas. If you have little ones there is a tot lot for them play on as well.Our super clubhouse has a manager so if you have any questions this is the place to ask.

Are my pets allowed at the house?

We are sorry, but pets are strictly forbidden.

Who do we contact for questions/emergencies when at the villa?
You will be provided with 24-hour phone numbers of our management company for your assistance. This information is also in the villa.
